Guest Services

The Schottenstein Center is committed to providing a safe and friendly atmosphere.  If you need assistance during an event, ask a Guest Attendant, Security Officer, or Guest Services staffer.

Guest Services desks are conveniently located at Section 127 on the Entry Level, on the Huntington level at Section 231, and on the Terrace at Section 331.
