GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETHOLDERS:

Overnight camping is not permitted at the Schottenstein Center, surrounding facilities or parking lots.

Early lineup starts at 8AM Saturday morning outside the Southwest Rotunda (Lane Avenue side). The first 500 GA ticketholders in line (order of arrival) will receive a sequentially numbered wristband. After distribution, fans may leave and return at 4:30PM to line up outside the Southwest Rotunda. Security will ensure GA fans have the correct wristbands and are lined up in order. GA fans will receive a venue wristband for access to the floor. Guests may not “hold” a place in line for other guests.

PARENTS WAITING AREA/ PARKING/ RIDESHARE PICK-UP:

Enter through the SW Rotunda along Lane Avenue. Parents are encouraged to park and meet with their children at our Rideshare Pick-up next to St. John Arena (on Lane Avenue). Parents without tickets can wait for their children in the SW Gym during the show. 

Bags or Purses of any size are NOT permitted. Wallets/ wristlets no larger than 5”x 8”x1” are permitted. A dedicated screening lane is available for guests with medical or dietary needs – one bag permitted. We suggest leaving most items at home.  Management reserves the right to determine prohibited items. Guests may return them to their vehicle or surrender to Security without return.  See the A to Z Guide for a complete list of prohibited items.

NO professional AUDIO or VIDEO RECORDING! No professional cameras or detachable lenses. GoPros, selfie sticks and iPads prohibited.

The Schottenstein Center has gone cashless. Make parking, concession and merchandise purchases via debit / credit card or mobile payment. 

Need a break or assistance? - A Wellness Room is available outside Seating Section 104.  

Masks are optional. We ask fans to be respectful of each other.
