Day of Event parking may be available in the Arps Garage at 1990 College Rd.(accessible off 18th or College Rd.) OR the Ohio Union North Garage at 1780 College Rd.  Entry into the Union North Garage should come from High Street. CREDIT or DEBIT CARD ONLY.  NO CASH.

Mershon Auditorium does not have an elevator.  Please ask at the Box Office windows if you need help accessing your seats, have questions OR need assistance.

BAG POLICY - Bags are NOT permitted except medical bags, diaper bags OR clutches no larger than 8”x 5”x 1”.  We suggest leaving most items at home.  No outside food or beverages. Security screenings will be in place. All guests are subject to search. If prohibited or offensive items are found, guests may return them to their vehicle or surrender to Security without return.  

This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smart watches and accessories, will not be permitted in the performance space. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart watches and accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times, and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space.
