Double-check your tickets for correct performance date/ time.  Kids aged 2 and over must have a ticket.  Under 2 is free but must sit on parent’s lap.

ARRIVE EARLY

Doors scheduled to open ONE HOUR prior to show time.

SHUTTLES WILL NOT RUN

Bags or Purses of any size are NOT permitted. Wallets/wristlets no larger than 5”x8”x1” are permitted. A dedicated screening lane is available for guests with medical, dietary or childcare needs – one bag permitted. We suggest leaving most items at home.  Management reserves the right to determine prohibited items. Guests may return them to their vehicle or surrender to Security without return.

No Video recording!  No professional cameras or detachable lenses. GoPros, selfie sticks and iPads prohibited. Point & shoot cameras permitted.

The Schottenstein Center has gone cashless. Make parking, concession and merchandise purchases via debit / credit card or mobile payment.  Look for kid's meals near seating sections 121, 221 & 322.

Masks are optional. We ask fans to be respectful of each other.
