ARRIVE EARLY

Doors scheduled to open ONE HOUR before each performance

Reminder: ages 2 and older must have a ticket. Under age 2 may sit on a parent or guardian lap.

Show is 1 hour 35 minutes with a short intermission.

No costumes for guests 14 and older.

Pyro, lasers and strobe lighting will be in use.

Parking $10 for each show - credit / debit card or mobile payment

Bags or Purses of any size are NOT permitted. Wallets/wristlets no larger than 5”x8”x1” are permitted. A dedicated screening lane is available for guests with medical, dietary or childcare needs – one bag permitted. We suggest leaving most items at home.  Management reserves the right to determine prohibited items. Guests may return them to their vehicle or surrender to Security without return.

No audio or video recording. No professional cameras, detachable lenses. GoPros, selfie sticks and iPads prohibited. Point & shoot cameras are permitted.

The Schottenstein Center has gone cashless. Make parking, concession and merchandise purchases via debit / credit card or mobile payment.

Masks are optional.  We ask fans to be respectful of each other.
