PLEASE PLAN AHEAD.  Weekday campus traffic can be busy.

Look for $20 event parking recommended in the Arps Garage at 1990 College Road or Union North Garage at 1780 College Road.

CREDIT or DEBIT CARD ONLY. NO CASH.

Entry into the Union North Garage should come from High Street.

Mershon Auditorium does not have an elevator. Please seek help at the Box Office windows if you need help accessing your seats, have questions OR need assistance.

BAG POLICY - Bags are NOT permitted except medical bags, diaper bags OR clutches no larger than 8”x 5”x 1”. We suggest leaving most items at home. Security screenings will be in place. All guests are subject to search. If prohibited or offensive items are found, guests may return them to their vehicle or surrender to Security without return.

No outside food or beverages.  Some concession items for purchase on site cannot be taken into the auditorium.

No professional audio or video recording permitted. Selfie sticks and iPads prohibited. Devices will not be permitted to interfere with other guests' views.

Masks are optional. We ask guests to be respectful of each other.

Mobile Tickets purchased via Ticketmaster are delivered as a SafeTix code.

Transfer tickets OR accept a transfer in advance. Find My Events through the ticketmaster app to view your ticket(s).

Make sure your phone is charged and screen bright for contactless scanning. Screenshots or paper printouts WILL NOT scan. Add to your Apple wallet or Google pay IN ADVANCE. Don't have a smartphone? - bring your confirmation email /photo ID to the Box Office the day of the show for assistance.
